Arginine & Citrulline
L-Arginine and L-Citrulline are two of Cognidyne's six named ingredients, and together they form the core of its circulation-support approach. Here's a closer look at both.
L-Arginine
An amino acid the body converts directly into nitric oxide, the molecule responsible for dilating blood vessels. Wider circulation pathways support healthy oxygen and nutrient delivery to brain cells.
L-Citrulline
A precursor the body recycles back into arginine, creating a continuous cycle of nitric oxide production. This helps keep circulation steady even during moments of stress or fatigue.
Why They're Paired Together
Arginine provides a direct source of nitric oxide, while citrulline extends and recycles that effect over time — together they support more consistent circulation than either ingredient alone, alongside Niacin and Beta-Alanine.
An Honest Note
These citations concern research on the individual ingredients, not a clinical trial of the finished Cognidyne product. Individual results vary.
